Informed Delivery Tops 53 Million Users; More Opportunities For Mailers

The USPS Informed Delivery service continues to reach more consumers with a 18% year-over-year increase engaging 53M users in December 2022, according to Bob Dixon, Director, Product Technology Innovation in a presentation at MTAC in January.

Dixon reported that Informed Delivery reaches 29.1% of all eligible households in the U.S.

Mailers can advertise on Informed Delivery emails to add value to the mail their customer is receiving — plus receive postage discounts when they utilize Informed Delivery.
