PRC’s Blueprint For Regulating Future Postal Rates & Classes

The Postal Regulatory Commission released its proposed changes for how the U.S. Postal Service sets postage rates for its primary mail classes — First-Class Mail, Marketing (Standard) Mail, Periodicals, and Nonprofit Mail.
