From USPS: As the Postal Service continues to implement its strategic transformation plan, it is imperative to renew the commitment and focus on three key pillars—financial sustainability, service excellence and investment in our people and infrastructure.

In support of driving service excellence, core lines of business and the performance organization under the Deputy Postmaster General/Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) are being aligned.
