USPS Prepares To Exit Universal Postal Union

At an MTAC presentation in June, the Giselle Valera, the USPS Executive Director of Continuity of Global Operations said the USPS will withdraw from the Universal Postal Union on October 17, 2019 if “a satisfactory resolution is not adopted by the UPU.”
