Isaac Cronkhite Named Chief Human Resources Officer

Postmaster General and Chief Executive Officer Megan Brennan has announced that Isaac Cronkhite will serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President, effective immediately.

“Isaac has been acting in this role since January of this year.He is a transformational leader, highly focused on enabling, empowering, and developing the men and women of our workforce. Throughout his career, he has been at the forefront of efforts to better leverage technology, data, and business insights to enhance performance and unlock the potential of our people.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Isaac will execute strategies to engage our workforce,develop solutions that strengthen the workplace experience, and foster and cultivate talent across the organization to ensure that our employees are well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of our business, our customers, and the American public.

Previously, as Vice President, Enterprise Analytics, Isaac drove the completion of the Internal Service Performance Measurement System, led the Customer Experience Council, advanced capabilities to provide real-time analytics and network performance to our customers, and directed the rollout of visualizations and diagnostic tools across the organization.His leadership and vision enabled the development and launch of the Analytics University, which has provided highly effective training to more than 29,000 frontline supervisors and managers.”
