UPU Dues Subsidizes Ecommerce Into USA

World postal delegates have adopted a new terminal dues system that will continue to subsidize foreign ecommerce into the US. Starting in 2018 bulky letters and small packets, classified as E-format, will be compensated differently from other letter-post formats … (Click to read more.)
