Bringing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into your mailroom is the subject of a special keynote presentation at MAILCOM 2026 on September 29.

This session explains how artificial intelligence and machine learning are transforming inbound mail, document digitization, and mailroom operations. Attendees will learn the differences between AI (Artificial Intelligence), Machine Learning (ML), explore the roles of generative and agentic AI, and review practical examples for classifying mail, extracting key data, summarizing content, automating workflows, forecasting volume, identifying bottlenecks, and improving operational efficiency. The session will also highlight commonly available tools and platforms that can help organizations begin modernizing their mailrooms without a full system overhaul.
