Pittsburgh Post-Gazette To Cease Publication Following Labor Dispute

From FMG Law: In a development that has reverberated across the Pittsburgh region and beyond, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, one of America’s oldest continuously published newspapers, has announced it will cease publication on May 3, 2026, after nearly 240 years in operation.
The parent company, Block Communications Inc., made the announcement shortly after the U.S. Supreme Court refused to reinstate a temporary stay of an appellate federal court order that would require the company to comply with a labor law-related injunction.
