From the Postal Regulatory Commission: Single-Piece Letters/Postcards is the mail category most often used by household customers. The graphic shows the percentage delivered on time in FY 2023 and FY 2024. On-time delivery is measured against service standards set by USPS for each product, from 2 days for local mail to 3-5 days for further distances.
