New Sorting & Delivery Centers (S&DC) Replace P&DC’s

The USPS is repurposing Processing & Distribution Centers (P&DC) into new Sorting and Delivery Centers (S&DCs), with changes ongoing as revealed in correspondence with the American Postal Workers Union.
