The bulk mailing and presort software vendors listed have certified their products with the USPS. The list includes name of vendor, software package, telephone number, and whether the software is Cloud based or On Premise, method of submission to USPS, and the class of mail the software supports, effective October 2018, updated 9-1-2021.
