Michael Plunkett, the President and CEO of the Association for Postal Commerce (PostCom), will speak at the Tuesday breakfast at MAILCOM 2020, the 40th Annual Conference and Exhibition, June 8-10 1 at the Tropicana in Atlantic City.

Prior to his work at PostCom, Plunkett had a 25 year distinguished career at the USPS in operations, marketing, product development and pricing. He helped pioneer negotiated service agreements and the Forever Stamp.
