The new Publication 205 EVS guide is designed for mailers, shippers, and software developers using or planning to use the Electronic Verification System (eVS) for manifesting parcel mail. This publication supersedes Publication 205, Electronic Verification System Business and Technical Guide, dated June23, 2019.
