Office Service Professionals (OSP) Certification

The MSMA has announced the Office Service Professionals Certification (OSPC).
OSPC is a training and certification process for individuals involved with domestic and international mail, administrative services, distribution, logistics, shipping/receiving, communications and more.

The OSPC On-line Exam is now available. OSP Certification focuses on Professionalism, Customer Service, Networking, Business Ethics and other basic Office Service Skills. This is a great opportunity for you to add even more value to your organization… along with a new certification to your resume!
