Print Show War: Printing United vs Print ’19
Posted on October 24, 2018 by mailomg in memo 309, Uncategorized // 0 Comments
The printing industry will have two conventions in the Fall of 2019 vying for industry prominence, spaced just week apart. And that’s got industry vendors buzzing about what it means for next year.
In one corner is Print ’19, the former Graph Expo that was bought out by the Association for Print Technologies, to be held in Chicago, October 13-15.
In the opposite corner is Printing United, a new convention binding SGIA (Specialty Graphics & Imaging Association) with NAPCO Media. Printing United will be held October 23-25 in Dallas.
The competition is the result of fall out from the buy-out of Graph Expo. More to follow …
