College Student Change-of-Address In NCOA

The USPS notified National Change of Address service providers will begin testing student change‐of‐address (COA) records in the NCOALink data from participating college and university addresses. These COAs records will be included in the NCOA Link data, beginning with release number 1287, which will be available for download Monday, May 1. (Click for the notice)
