Customize Your Permit Indicia

USPS Picture Permit Indicia (PPI) is an updated USPS offering that provides organizations with the opportunity to creatively add value to their mailpiece.

Mailers can customize your permit indicia by incorporating a corporate logo, brand images, or trademarks along with required information. This provides immediate recognition of your company’s logo, products and brands, which could improve the effectiveness of the overall mailing.

Key requirements include: the image must be color; the mailing must be Full-service automation Intelligent Mail; and the design must be approved in advance.

This offering is available for presort First-Class Mail® and USPS Marketing Mail™ letters and cards. The extra fee for Picture Permit First-Class Mail letters and cards is 1 cent per piece and for USPS Marketing Mail™ and cards, the fee is 2 cents per piece.
