Rollem partnered with Team Concept Printing to provide the vibrant printing and rich LUXfx embellishing on a colorful B2 sheet of 9-up peacock images at Amplify.

“This project shows a variety of enhancements including gold and raised textures, plus Karess laminating by Nobelus,” said Susan Corwin, Marketing Director for Rollem. “The visual is exciting and entices the viewer to touch the multiple finishes on each of the postcards.”

Rollem’s automated sheet-fed converting systems are ideally suited to process these embellished press sheets without damaging the valuable finishing enhancements. Due to the Jetstream’s rotary cutting blades, each sheet is individually cut making Jetstream the ideal solution for converting embellished products such as postcards, business cards and brochures.

The award-winning Insignia6HPlus Die-Cutter is a feature-packed system that die-cuts shaped products, kiss-cuts pressure sensitive material, creases, perforates, embosses and, when required, removes hangar holes. Insignia offers ease of operation and fast job change-overs.

The PLUS feature, a simplified touch screen interface, was designed for digital print users who change jobs frequently, allowing for simplified machine operation. The automatic waste removal system diverts the sheet matrix and delivers the cut, finished products onto a slow-moving conveyor or a StackMaster for easier handling of smaller products.

“Our designer created a line of three colorful product bags, each enhanced with different Nobelus© laminates including FineLeather©, FineLinen© and Karess© plus interior metallic sleeking,” Corwin said.
