GrayHair Software announced the retirement of its VP of Postal Affairs, Angelo Anagnostopoulos. With 20 years of dedicated service, Angelo has been a cornerstone in the development and evolution of GrayHair’s postal strategies, solutions and industry relationships, leaving behind an unparalleled legacy of leadership and innovation. He joined GrayHair shortly after the USPS began licensing tracking data, during a time when mailpieces required two separate barcodes for tracking. His early work with the USPS led to his involvement in key initiatives, including developing the Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMb) and major USPS systems like PostalOne!, EPS, and Seamless.
