SmartMailer Inserter For Padded, Rigid Envelopes

Bell and Howell’s SmartMailer dynamically fulfills e-commerce orders with an automatic inserter for preformed padded, rigid or poly envelopes. The packaging system automates packing and labeling and produces up to 2,500 packages per hour— all without manual labor.
The SmartMailer fully automates the packing and shipping process. Using preformed envelopes for each order, it reduces excess labor, fulfillment times and manual processing space requirements.
SmartMailer produces up to 2,500 packages per hour, resulting in a more than 20x reduction in labor. It also increases the overall capacity and scalability of your e-commerce fulfillment operations.
