USPS Files International Rate Notice With PRC

The USPS laid out its plans for setting rates for Inbound E-Format Letter Post in a filing with the Postal Regulatory Commission. The notice did not include rates, but the criteria for setting them.

Not detailed were outbound rates, which would be in flux if the U.S. were to leave the Universal Postal Union.
