Industry Leaders Honored With MSMA Awards

The Mail Systems Management Association honored three industry leaders, presenting its Distinguished Service Award, Manager of the Year Award, and Supplier of the Year Award.

The awards were presented at MAILCOM ’18 in Philadelphia in April by MSMA National President Barbara Fahy.

This award is given for the outstanding MSMA member who has gone above and beyond in helping others grow professionally while contributing to the knowledge of mail systems management.

This year’s winner is Floyd Creecy, CMDSM, PMP, EMCM, MDC, CAPM, ITIL, Deputy Project Manager / National Mail Manager of NOAA Mail Operations, Logistics, HeiTECH Services Inc., for the Department of Commerce in Silver Spring, MD.

The up and coming star of the mail industry is the recipient of the Manager of the Year award. This individual has demonstrated exceptional management skills and leadership traits in his organization and in the MSMA.

This year’s Supplier of the Year is Sally Pfabe, Senior Director, Proposal Management, for Brightkey in Annapolis Junction, MD.
