Deliver Mail Through USPS Direct From Any Computer

TriArch was frustrated by the high number of manual-labor hours required to process rent statements each month. It also wanted the options of sending documents electronically via email, fax or text. Neotouch was the answer. The web-based software gave them the power to print their bills, sort, insert, seal, meter envelopes and deliver mail through the USPS direct from any computer.
“We have a much more efficient document creation, management and delivery process now,” said TriArch Chief Operating Officer, Ben Zises. “We export our monthly rent bills from our property management software, select ‘print with Neotouch printer’ from the PDF program and, a few mouse clicks later, it’s all mailed out …” (click to read more)
