PRC Begins Rate Review

The Postal Regulatory Commission has announced its plans for the review of the existing ratemaking system, which is mandated by the postal reform law of 2006.
The PRC is notifying the public now so that all interested parties may prepare to fully participate in the review that will start after December 20, 2016.
