Priority Mail Express (PME) Label Discontinuance

United States Postal Service Priority Mail Express label with fields for customer information, delivery options, and tracking details.

On January 30, 2026, USPS will discontinue Priority Mail Express Label 11-B.

Customers can create and/or print Priority Mail Express labels using one of the options listed below:

  • Local Post Office (QR code or generated by sales associate)
  • Self-Service Kiosks (SSKs) (where available)
  • Click-N-Ship®
  • USPS Ship
  • Electronic Verification System (eVS®)
  • ePostage ®
  • PC Postage®
  • Metered Postage

USPS will continue to accept PME packages with discontinued Label 11-B, and the postal clerk will simply place the new printed barcoded label over it containing the sender and recipient addresses.
