Refund/Cancellation Policy for Subscribers

You may cancel your subscription at any time and receive a refund for the unused portion. Simply email mailmagazine@msn.com with your request or mail a written request to:

Refund/Cancellation Policy for Advertisers

You may cancel your advertising or listing within 7 days of order and receive a refund. There is a $50 cancellation fee. For cancellations after 7 days, only advertising credit will be issued. Simply email mailmagazine@msn.com with your request or mail a written request to:

Subscription and advertising payments made by credit card will be processed within 24 hours of receipt, but may take 5-10 days to be reflected in your account.

Subscription and advertising payments made by check will be processed immediately, but may take up to 21 days to be received by check in the mail.
