
On January 30, 2026, USPS will discontinue Priority Mail Express Label 11-B.
Customers can create and/or print Priority Mail Express labels using one of the options listed below:
- Local Post Office (QR code or generated by sales associate)
- Self-Service Kiosks (SSKs) (where available)
- Click-N-Ship®
- USPS Ship
- Electronic Verification System (eVS®)
- ePostage ®
- PC Postage®
- Metered Postage
USPS will continue to accept PME packages with discontinued Label 11-B, and the postal clerk will simply place the new printed barcoded label over it containing the sender and recipient addresses.
