- The following Processing and Distribution Centers will be closed beginning at 11 p.m. today (July 12) as Tropical Storm Barry approaches the region. No drop shipments will be accepted. These facilities will resume normal operations on Sunday, July 14, at 8 a.m.

All Post Offices within the following 3-digit ZIP Codes will be closed on Saturday, July 13, due to the weather conditions. There will be no delivery or retail operations. No drop shipments will be accepted. Normal operations are expected to resume on Sunday, July 14.

- As Tropical Storm Barry nears the Gulf Coast, the following Post Offices are closed due to mandatory evacuations. Alternate locations are available.

All operations for these locations have been moved to the Marrero Post Office, 5351 LaPalco Blvd., 70072. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon.
