Mailers Must Delink PC Postage, ACS, and AEC Products in CAPS Prior to EPS

The Postal Service has launched a new payment processing platform called Enterprise Payment System (EPS). EPS supports multiple payment options including mobile check deposit, offers more reporting features, and allows customers to manage multiple USPS business functions under one account.

To ensure that funds are successfully transferred from CAPS to EPS upon the completion of the migration process, customers must delink all PC Postage, Address Change Service (ACS), and Address Element Correction (AEC) products from CAPS prior to linking all remaining permits to EPS. Once the final permit is migrated from CAPS to EPS, the remaining CAPS balance will be transferred to EPS.

To have these products de-linked from CAPS, identify any PC Postage, Address Change Service (ACS), and Address Element Correction (AEC) products to be migrated and contact the CAPS Service Center via email at, ssmctas@email.usps.gov, or telephone at (650) 377-1334, 7AM – 4PM PST, Monday through Friday.
