NPES has become sole owner of Graph Expo and PRINT after acquiring the 1/3 stakes held by IdeaAlliance (Epicomm) and Printing Industries of America. Terms of the April transaction were not revealed.
The buyout ends 35 years of the three groups running the graphic arts industry events.
